Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. It's far safer than giving your credit card to a waiter at a restaurant. Most Web sites that sell merchandise or services use "secure" transaction methods through a technology known as encryption. Encryption is a mathematical formula that jumbles the words and numbers of information, and only the intended recipient has the code to decipher the information.
How will my product be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or United States Postal Service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
7-10 business days after you place you order. Most items are in stock and will ship on the same day order is received (Mon-Fri before 3PM eastern time)
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, simply email us at: email@example.com and request an RMA number. Make sure your subject line reads "returned item" and we will contact you within 48 hours and take care of your return. Note: Refunds will be allowed up to 7 days from receipt of goods.
Do you take international orders?
Yes, we have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside US" during the checkout process. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service
